Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for aggregate analytics: page views, section engagement and referral source, to understand how visitors use it. It is off until you accept. Until then no Google script loads and nothing is sent to Google. If you accept, GA4 sets first-party cookies (named _ga) in your browser. No advertising cookies or other third-party trackers are used. Google keeps this analytics data for 2 months, then deletes it.

Your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage), not on a server. If you decline, nothing is loaded. You can change it any time here:

Contact form

If you submit the contact form, your name, email, company, your “I'm reaching out as” choice (hiring manager, agency, recruiter or other) and your message are delivered to my inbox by Resend (an email delivery service), and a confirmation copy is sent back to your own address. They are used solely to respond to your enquiry, are not stored in any database on this site, and are never sold or shared. I delete the email 12 months after my last reply to you, or sooner if you ask.

If you have accepted analytics, the form also records one GA4 event when it is sent, carrying only your “reaching out as” choice. Your name, email, company and message are never sent to analytics.

Ad Readiness Check

When you use the free Ad Readiness Check, the web address you enter is sent to this site's server, which loads that page once to look for analytics and ad tags and returns the result to you. The address is not stored, not logged by this site and not sent to analytics.
